Conversion of Embedded Workbench 7.x projects to 8.x in Eclipse

This plugin supports loading of legacy Embedded Workbench 7.x projects and their migration to 8.x. In order to migrate a project, proceed as follows:

• From the project's popup menu, under "Configure → Migrate IAR Project"

  

• A dialog will open showing existing projects that can be converted.

  

• Once a project is selected, a confirmation dialog is shown.

  

• After conversion, there will be a new copy of each existing build configuration, using the Embedded Workbench for ARM 8.x installation. The option values in each configuration will match the old ones.
